Manager - Business Coordination

• Reporting to the UK Head of Financial Control
• Acts within Financial Control team responsible for feeds into the general ledger and processes surrounding reporting extracts
• Supervising a small team of business analysts with growth expected within this team
• Coordinate and lead involvement in wider Financial Services integration projects
• Internal contacts to incl. FM Finance New York, IT, OPS
• Close liaison with IT, Product Control and Operations on all Finance related matters
• Close liaison with London and NY based Finance team to ensure effective communication of information and process improvement
• Development and support of tools and infrastructure associated with Financial Markets accounting processes incl. group reporting, regulatory returns and management of the audit process
• Monitoring and prioritizing a range of projects to achieve the above aims
• Leading the requirements definition and participation within the wider systems integration of the Financial Services division
• To work as part of the London Finance Team, and be responsible for Business Coordination ensuring that infrastructure is enabling Financial Control to meet the business and group requirements
• Responsible for the management, coordination and prioritisation of projects related to the general ledger and related feeds supporting the needs of Financial Control and the Financial Markets business.

Who we're looking for
You will be a very strong candidate both interpersonally ad in terms of experience<BR>Accounting qualification
You must have a solid investment banking/capital markets background and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and relationship building abilities. This is a well paid role and the calibre of the successful candidate will reflect that
