Operating a global leader in their field our client is looking to expand their corporate HR function by identifying a HR professional capable of acting as a business lead for the Recruitment and Learning and Development functions.
Supporting the organisation's corporate function and other regional sites you will have experience of operating as either an
HR Manager level with a focus on Learning or recruitment; or you will be a specialist in house recruiter keen to broaden their HR experience.
As an experienced HR professional you must be able to demonstrate a strong track recordof influencing and engaging HR professionals at all levels of the business and will be expected to dovetail your recruitment and learning strategy to meet with the businesses wider commercial objectives.
Who we're looking for
• Specialist recruiters of generalist HR professionals who have specialised in recruitment at some point.
• CIPD qualified
