This Campaign Executive role will primarily focus on managing the implementation of retention marketing campaigns to existing credit card customers, largely through direct mail. You will also assist with the running of acquisition campaigns which includes working closely with the online team to maximise these acquisition opportunities. The role also includes overseeing relationships with our joint venture partner, loyalty scheme provider, printers and agencies.
Who we're looking for
To be the successful candidate for this key role as Campaign Executive you will ideally have come from within financial services (though it's not essential) and have the following skills:
An appropriate level of business awareness, knowledge and skill for the professional and technical requirements of the role which will include being able to handle and interpret data, identify key issues, resolve problems and derive solutions.
Be able to put details into context, see the wider picture and identify future direction and be sufficiently confident and able to operate competently without an ongoing need for detailed rules or close supervision.
Data management skills and the ability to interpret results and be comfortable using excel reports and producing ad hoc analysis.
Must be well organised, able to prioritise effectively and be able to consistently meet deadlines and targets, performance or financial.
Should be able to take the lead, set direction and identify areas where improvement is required. Able to generate new ideas and implement change and better ways of doing things.
Needs to be able to work effectively with peers and communicate clearly and effectively whilst commanding the necessary trust and support of others.
