Your main role will be to support the development of the Consumer and Market Insight team and manage the delivery of actionable, accurate, timely and "decision-ready" insights that help deliver the Group strategy. In addition you will be responsible for developing internal relationships, raising the profile of the insight team and championing the use of the team as an effective support for decision-making.
Who we're looking for
The skills
• Significant exposure within a marketing role, including market research project management
• Ability to assimilate and analyse knowledge from a wide range of sources quickly and accurately and present actionable insights to aid business decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to all levels
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across business functions at all levels
• Sound commercial awareness and broad awareness of relevant markets
• Graduate or professional marketing qualification or equivalent exposure in a business environment, exposure across several product/regulatory areas desirable
• Membership of the Market Research Society desirable
