Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible to manage costs relating to the construction projects. You will carry out feasibility studies, estimation and prepare project budget and cash flow projection. You need to ensure that the projects run smoothly and within project budget and time frame.
Who we're looking for
To qualify for this role, you will be a Qualified Surveyor and have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
You will have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the construction industry, preferably for large construction projects. The ability to think logically and have good oral and written communication skills is a must. You will be a team player, self-motivated, with excellent presentation skills. You MUST know how to measure.
