• Adult incapacity matters including powers of attorney, guardianship and intervention orders

The successful candidatewill be expected to:
• Meet agreed fee earning targets and have an understanding of financial issues relevant to your role
• Manage time effectively to maximise the profitability of your work and be developing your organisational skills
• Deliver high quality advice
• Develop your client relationship and client care skills
• Commit to your personal development and the development of technical skills and know-how
• Identify and manage risk effectively in your work
The ideal candidate will be:
• Committed to a career in private client;
• Strong technical skills;
• Good inter-personal skills;
• Self confident;
• Well organised, methodical and able to prioritise workload;
• IT literate.
