Reporting to the Technical Director, you will provide the link between the technical department and the manufacturing process to ensure products are developed and made to the highest quality. You will be responsible for polymer based raw material analysis and selection, regulatory compliance and all subsequent validation and chemical analysis protocols. This role will also include developing and introducing new products and process materials to meet customer requirements while maintaining close liaison with sales, engineering & operations in order to ensure cross functionality.
Who we're looking for
Qualified to at least degree standard in a scientific or technical discipline, ideal candidates will have a proven track record of tackling material based problems in a polymer based manufacturing environment. Applicant will have Strong project managementcapabilityand excellent customer facing and communications skills in order to liaise across the business and with both suppliers and customers as required.

Our Client is a specialist process manufacturer. They are experiencing tremendous growth in turnover and profit and are now looking to develop their Technical Division by recruiting a Senior Project Chemist.
