Social Housing

Reporting to the board the Operations Director will have full contract responsibility liaising with clients including Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working on installation and maintenance contracts either in the commercial or residential markets. Other key attributes will include:
• Educated to HNC Level or Higher.
• M&E or Gas Services Background ideally in the social housing sector.

The client has been established for over 30 years and is a well reputed company within the North West and is heavily involved in both responsive and reactive maintenance contracts on social housing schemes.
