Retail Managing Director

You will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for the business and for building a complimentary team who will help you facilitate the growth of this national operation, to a multi-country, multi-stream retail leader. Your ongoing tasks will include the development of various retail brands throughout the Middle East and then the continuing maximisation of profit.

Who we're looking for
Having established a core retail offering, the company is poised to move to the next level in its evolution and it requires a dynamic leader with the strategic vision and operational acumen to deliver above and beyond. You will be responsible for representing the company throughout Kuwait and the rest of the Middle East as well as within the broader Al Homaizi organisation. Ultimately you will need to maximise shareholder value through building a sustainable business and to implement the organisational objectives as defined by the Management Committee and the Board.

You will be degree educated preferably to an MBA level. You will naturally be an inspirational leader within a multi-thread retail environment, someone who knows the market and who naturally achieves executional excellence in themselves and everyone around them. Ideally you will have worked in a Senior Management / Board Level position. Exposure to a franchising operation and international markets will be a distinct advantage. You must be willing and able to relocate to the Middle East for this role.
