The overall purpose of the role is to implement and manage a customer marketing strategy recognising the specific needs of different customers, seeking to maximise the opportunities from each segment.
The successful candidate in this new role will be responsible for the development and execution of the customer marketing strategy, working closely with the product marketing team to develop customer specific propositions and tools.
Conducting customer insight research and analysis will also be a crucial element of the role and working alongside channel operations teams to identify main customer requirements.
The person in this role will be responsible for carrying out customer profitability analysis, analysing data sources and creating appropriate segmentations.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within a marketing/channel role. Some CRM and segmentation experience is essential , as are strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
