Our client is looking for a proven public sectorPurchasing Manager with commercial experience

Who we're looking for
You must be CIPS qualified or working towards qualification.
A proven track record within procurement is essential and you must be able to display tangible achievements.
The jobholder must be computer literate with at least intermediate knowledge and experience of windows software applications.
The jobholder must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
A public sector background with some commercial experience would be advantage but knowledge of public sector practice is essential.
