The Business Improvement & Change Management Consultant reporting to the Team Manager will be responsible for the development and introduction of business process improvement and business transformation. The Business Improvement Consultant will be targeted to deliver projects in both a private and public environment. You will create management frameworks and best practice methodologies that can be deployed across different clients and projects.
Who we're looking for
You will have a strong academic background preferably a Bachelor's/Masters Degree with extensive knowledge of change management. You will have experience in Business Process Analysis / Improvement and Re-engineering and knowledge of managing large business transformation and change programmes. You will have previously been employed in a client facing capacity for consultancy projects and possessa strong commercial focus.
