• Ensure thatcommunication with key supervisors and trade associations is consistent and transparent.
• Co-coordinating my client's stakeholders' communication with supervisors and their organisations in a structured and consistent manner and at all stages of the process.
• Supporting my client's stakeholders' in dealings with trade associations.
• Providing insight into the regulatory landscape - preparing responses to regulatory change proposals, and briefings on forward-looking risks and developments.
• Co-coordinating new initiatives, action points, and ad-hoc requests.
• Supporting Compliance.
• Based in London, the candidate may be required to perform some international travel given the span and remit of the role.
Who we're looking for
• Graduate / Post-graduate and relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
•Knowledge gained in a regulatory, compliance and/or risk management environment within a first class banking, securities, or consulting firm and/or in a regulatory policy / line supervision role with a major regulator.
• Good knowledge of international regulatory standards and requirements.
• Proven track record ofdealing with regulators (preferably the FSA and / or BaFin).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented,you will have sound organisational skills and be capable of leading and managing projects and ensuring timelines are met.
• The candidate will be a very strong team player.
• Fluent German is a strong advantage.
