The European Vendor Operations team (part of the European Vendor Management team) was established two years ago as part of a move to bring the Vendor Operations functions together in one location.
As part of the European Vendor Operations team, this role reports to the Senior Manager EU Vendor Ops and focuses on the following areas,
Managing the operational relationship with our vendors
Ensuring vendors meeting our performance and compliance targets
Implementing tools and processes that ensure smooth delivery of product
Principle Accountabilities:
Analysing vendor performance and producing management reports
Setting vendors performance targets to improve operational efficiency
Managing the day to day operational relationship with our vendors
Resolving operational queries in a prompt and efficient manner
Implementation of new tools and processes that will ultimately improve inbound vendor performance
Identify areas where costs can be taken out of the supply chain and implement processes to realize these cost savings

Intermediate to advanced IT skills, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional manner
Strong analytical skills
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
