The purpose of this role is to build suite of Operational MI to support Operations. The successful candidate will be strong on Excel and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Who we're looking for
The main responsibilities include:
• Identify Operational MI requirements
• Design suite of Operational MI
• Identify, validate and robustify MI data sources
• Embed Operational MI into business
• Design Operational Capacity/resource planning models
• Build Operational capacity/resource planning models
• Embed Operational Capacity/resource planning models
