Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist will provide HR support and services to the my client's international business.

Core responsibilities will include:
• Administer and manage HR policies and processes including Health & Safety across international businesses
• Support compensation & benefits maintaining salary benchmarking updates and car leases for international businesses
• Manage and maintain territory personnel files and HR database, ensuring SOX compliance.
• Support recruitment and training programmes including employee inductions
•Support HR Director in ad-hoc projects
• Provide quality HR customer services

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the HR Generalist will be able to demonstrate the following key attribute:

• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
• Good administration skills with high attention to detail
• HR Policy and process knowledge
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Proven relationship building and influencing skills with stakeholders and employees
• Working knowledge of compensation & benefits, training and recruitment delivery
• SOX compliance
• Preferably with a second language (French)
