HR Manager

Biotechnology

Cambridgeshire

Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £45000

You will be responsible for influencing and contributing to all people related issues including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, organisational design and change.
Your key accountabilities will be:-
• To be fully integrated with leaders and their teams in order to determine HR priorities and deliver creative, business driven solutions.
• Supported by the specialist Development and Learning team, to design and deliver business focused training and development interventions in order to enhance individual and team performance.
• To ensure leaders and employees are provided with expert, well-reasoned and flexible HR Advice.
• To work in partnership with leadership teams to deliver annual people activities e.g. performance management, compensation review, talent and succession management.
• To work with the Head of UK HR to develop and implement HR policy and practice at a site and UK level.
• To contribute to UK, European or Global HR projects.

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a solid HR Generalist skill set with a good understanding of people related issues and employment law. Strong influencing skills need to be combined with excellent communication skills. You must be able to cope with numerous and varied projects.
