As Performance Manager you will report directly into the Senior Performance Manager and provide support in the leadership and delivery of the supply chain for Facilities, Estates and Construction management activities.
These activities will include:
• The delivery of safe and sustainable services that meet customer needs and clearly exhibit value for money.
• The co-ordination and approval of contract procurement process for all projects and services.
• Ensuring the required performance is achieved via effective monitoring of various regimes across the service partners.
• Liaison with Portfolio programme teams and work to ensure that supply criteria are met.
• The setting high level objectives for service providers linked into KPI's.
• The creation of a culture of trust and collaboration with service providers which embraces best practice and drives continuous improvement.
• Supports the Senior Performance Manager by analysing supplier performance and ensure that supplier projects and services have safety at the forefront of their consideration.
• Providing senior management with clear, accurate and timely reporting on project status.
• Work as part of a professional team focussed on high quality output to meet objectives. Ensures the principles of safety, financial management and customer service are embodied in all decisions relating to the delivery of projects and services.
• In establishing packages of work, supports the Senior Performance Manager to ensure there is appropriate risk transfer and recourse to protect the companies interests. Manages through to resolution contentious or disputed issues with external third parties to minimise risk or delays to projects and services.
• Supports the Senior Performance Manager with overseeing the project management of supplier projects, ensuring that negotiation, legal, construction, technology, space design and planning elements effectively co-ordinate with projects delivered to planned budget and time scales.
• Supports the Senior Performance Manager when advising on preparation of budgets, co-ordinate input from technology, legal and third party advisers to ensure the business case is robust.

The Performance Manager is a completely new opportunity based in London and was created through a company restructure.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for the applicant to have a good understanding of HSE legislation and requirements within a Facilities/Estate management background. A strong communicator at all levels who prides themselves on their relationship building ability. You must have a strong proven background in contract and performance management while demonstrating you can successfully manage budgets and project finance. Ideally London based or prepared to travel in.
