Family Solicitor

The role involves working within the Private Client Services team. You will be part of the Family team working with a preference to financial matters, though all suitable Family Solicitors will be considered.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
• be an accredited specialist in Resolution (involved with Resolution at a local level)
• a trained collaborative lawyer
• have a preference to financial matters (ancillary relief) rather than children work.
• have knowledge of co- habitee (TOLATA) issues
• have a proven track record of generating fees
You will have a good knowledge base of family law and be looking to progress your career within a leading firm.
Although these criteria are not essential and all suitable applications will be considered.
