The Estimator will provide support to the the commercial and operational divisions and will have a degree of autonomy not normally associated with this role. They will be involved in all stages of the contract process from initial tender right the way through to mobilisation.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous history of working in either social housing, refurbishment or the facilities management sectors in an estimating capacity.

Our client is a well established Building Company providing planned and responsive maintenance services to the social housing sector for over 40 years.
