Define, mobilise and manage the projects within the change programme plan in line with business strategy and priorities.
Develop and manage the strategy for Group Learning. Create and maintain the plan for the change programme, which contains all strategic change initiatives for learning Manage delivery of the learning change agenda through effective engagement with senior stakeholders and using appropriate programme governance and structures Identify and implement opportunities for quick wins
Continually monitor the internal and external environment to ensure Learning Strategy Programme is aligned to evolving business needs and external best practice Monitor progress against plan, measure benefits delivered and ensure projects are delivered to time and budget
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be commercially astute. Ideally they will have the following skills;
• Strong communicating, influencing and stakeholder management skills
•A proven track record of managing and leading change Programme / Project management
•Capable of managing budgets
• An interest in strategy, change or training is desirable.
