In negotiating project complexities, the Development Manager will call upon a flair for disciplined management and promoting communication and cohesion across all project stakeholders. Key aspects will include construction management, variation control and the coordination of consultants for a commercial office project which has recently commenced building works. It is envisaged that the role will progress to managing future end-to-end developments across a broad sphere.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this position, it is ideal that you possess prior background in managing 'built form' multi-storey developments from concept to completion. This will most likely have occurred within a developer or project management consulting environment. Demonstrated communication skills, whilst ensuring adequate project fiscal and planning controls, will be essential to your success.
