You should be able to demonstrate a strong commercial record, ideally in the retail / catering sectors, including a history of mobilisation and brand management. You must be able to deliver success, both financially and operationally through out your work.

Using best practise techniques you will improve production, speed & quality of service and increase sales in the units through new, innovative ideas. The ability to be able to train is essential as you will provide hands on re coaching & training of updates to food and service operational brand standards within these new concepts.

You will be qualified to City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 standards and demonstrate a highly committed & passionate approach to your work. A strong attention to detail and quality consciousness is paramount as is having the awareness of the term image.

Integrity is fundamental within this position. Possessing the ability to admit to and rectify your own mistakes is crucial as is to demonstrate exceptional communication & self motivational skills, within a team and to your own initiative

Who we're looking for
You will need to be a customer focused chef with a sound knowledge of contract catering and excellent interpersonal skills.
