With plans to expand, my clientare looking to recruit a professional Bid Manager who has knowledge of running numerous bids / tenders across various sectors, not necessarily within social housing. The chosen candidate will be responsible for bid planning and scheduling, the day-to-day management of the bid process from start to finish, manage a team of up to 10 bid writers andworking closely with clients and understanding their requirements.
Who we're looking for
This candidate will be flexible to work and have the ability to communicate effectively on paper and through all communications, have knowledge of bid writing and can effectively manage a team, a good team player who is confident and motivated to achieve outstanding results.
About our client
Our client have been operating since 1982 where they have been a provider for property services, including gas servicing, reactive maintenance for the social housing market. They work in Partnerships with Local authorities and registered social landlords. They are rapidly growing bringing on more organic growth through new contracts.
