Reporting to the Vice President for European Procurement, you will set up a new team to take ownership for non-operational category management and facilitate procurement best practice. Your responsibilities will include developing RFx best practice, working with the category teams to deliver suitable e-Auction processes and developing supplier relationship management and reporting. You will also oversee the introduction of a new P2P system and help centralise ownership for corporate responsibility and sustainability across the organisation.
Who we're looking for
Your proven track record of delivering procurement transformation projects has given you hands-on understanding of procurement best practice. Comfortable with detail, you can identify opportunities and influence senior stakeholders to deliver efficiency and commercial advantage. An experienced people manager, you can lead your team to deliver a long-term vision as well as short-term value.
