• Weekly Team Meeting.
• Weekly Operations Meeting.
• Monthly liaison with Managers.
• Daily Operational Troubleshooting.
• Development and Implementation of process's and procedures to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Bar Auditing - compliant to GTS/Airline standards and adhering to local customs and excise legislation.
• Service Partner performance managing .
• ASR/MOR/NCR monitoring ensuring closed in a timely manner by service partners.
• Collation of weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators by base.
• Collation of weekly Operational Notices - for Service Partners.
• Equipment Management - liaising with service partners to ensure sufficient par levels for operation is maintained.
• Operational & EPOS Project Support.
• New Base Start Up Management and Support
• Flexibility to travel regularly within Europe and UK at short notice for short periods at a time.
• Assisting in data management within the current back office system and EPOS.
• Training on existing and new procedures and systems to all service partners
• Cover of 24 hours On Call Phone on a Rota basis.
Who we're looking for
• A proven track record in airline operational trouble shooting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to implement key service changes and processes.
• Able to cope in a fast moving environment using own initiative to problem solve.
