Who we're looking for
The following experience/skills are essential:
• Excellent drafting skills
• A high level of client contact and previous responsibility for client files
• Strong academics and technical ability
• A commercial focus and good business development skills
The candidate should ideally have experience in the following areas:
• Enforcing/defending claims for breach of leasehold covenants during the term including rent recovery.
• Dilapidations - interim and terminal claims
• Contentious and non-contentious lease renewals
• Possession proceedings
