A Workforce Development role has arisen for approx 6 - 9 month based in Suffolk. The role will be project focused and require the creation of a workforce development plan followed by implementation into the business. The role may require travel within the local area.

Who we're looking for
Previous experience within the public sector is not essential however a knowledge of workforce development and implementation is required. The ideal candidate will possess a mixture of both workforce and project management experience and the ability to hit the ground running.
