Restructuring Lawyer

The team is looking to hire a Corporate Recovery Lawyer who can give advice on corporate recovery and restructuring assignments to financial institutions, banks and invoice-discounters. The team also works with under-performing business, UK insolvency practitioners, turnaround professionals, pension trustees and the Pension Protection fund.

Who we're looking for
Candidates should have good non-contentious experience in bank restructuring work and formal insolvency proceedings, and some contentious experience. Our client is also looking for candidates with strong commercial acumen.

Our client has recently acted on a number of high profile cases and has also worked on a number of large cross-border insolvency matters.
