The Director of Ricoh's Advanced Solutions Centre reports to the division head of EMEA Marketing and manages 5 departments with a total headcount of 25 for which you will lead and develop. The five departments are Performance Marketing/Marketing Communications, New Business Development, Systems Integrators and Alliances, Software Production and Voice of the Customer.

The job holder will direct the architecture, design and development of pan-European solutions that consist of Ricoh and 3rd party portfolio, including oversight of proposed software solutions/3rd party vendor selection. They will also market and develop solutions as well as increase acquisition, retention, loyalty and satisfaction of both new and existing clients.

Within this role you will be responsible for defining pan European marketing strategies and ensuring successful implementation of all marketing activities. You will also be expected to establish and deliver upon medium to long term strategies that ensure strategic alignment and achievement of objectives set within the 3 year corporate plan to include revenue generated by solutions development, value propositions development, increased market share and profit margins and increased brand awareness.

Who we're looking for
Educated to degree level you will have a strong technical background and industry experience of working with 3rd party software application vendors and strategic alliances or service partners.

Having previously held a pan European Head of Marketing or Marketing Director role you will have proven experience of managing marketing P&L with extensive experience of acquisition, retention, satisfaction and loyalty.

Excellent planning, conceptual, analytical skills coupled with a charismatic personality, strong judgement and leadership skills and in-depth business management knowledge are all key to the role.
