As an Audit Senior within the leading independent firm Rabjohns LLP based in Worcester City Centre, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service to a wide variety of clients in many sectors. Rabjohns clients include Morgan Motor Company, Worcester Rugby Football Club and Worcestershire County Cricket Club. Clients will typically have turnovers of £2m - £100m and you will be responsible for the following areas:

• Preparation and auditing of financial statements for Limited Companies and other enterprises requiring opinion work.
• Preparation of corporation tax computations.
• Controlling and providing assistance to other team members as necessary.
• Supervising and providing on the job training to team members.
• Dealing with clients by telephone, face to face, and letter regarding client affairs as instructed.
• Adhoc work when circumstances dictate.

You will gain continuous development in both accounting and auditing standards including disclosure requirements. This will be provided by hands on experience as well as structured courses provided by outside providers.

You will also be trained on operating and understanding all internal office software systems used by Rabjohns.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) and looking to expand your portfolio of audit clients. It is desirable (although not essential) that the candidate has experience of audit within a Top 20 firm in audit and financial reporting, having a strong technical knowledge and experience to bring to the firm.

You will be highly motivated, confident and have strong interpersonal skills which allow you to build strong relationships with clients and also internally within the firm. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also crucial to this role.
