Fantastic opportunity for a Business Improvement Management Consultant - Financial Services to join an expanding Consulting firm in London. With offices in London and Leeds there are opportunities UK wide for the right candidates.
Opportunities exist for committed people to join the Delivery Team working with a diverse range of clients across several different sectors. As Business Improvement Management Consultant - Financial Services you will work as an advisor to key clients, providing strategic solutions and practical implementation and delivery of these programmes, the focus of engagements is broad and will centre around implementation of business transformation and strategic change.

Who we're looking for
Sound practical experience gained in a relevant industry or credible consulting environment, ideally both. You will holda first degree (2:1 or better), preferably coupled with a postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc/PhD) or professional qualifications.
The successful candidate will:
• have experience in management consulting and/or industry (change, business analysis, strategy)
• have implemented business improvement, strategic change, operational and/or process excellence
• sector experience in banking and/or insurance
• be able to influence and interact effectively at a senior level and be an excellent communicator
You will have an entrepreneurial mindset, are tenacious, assertive, values driven and a principle centred team player with a high impact personality who can work jointly with our partners to drive and deliver sustainable positive change and lasting business improvement.
