Big 4 Consulting Practice is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Management Consultant- Performance Improvement FS team based in London
You will join a growing business which is significantly expanding its Performance Improvement team within the Financial Services market. As a Management Consultant you will operate with clients at a senior level, helping them to identify and implement business transformation and strategic initiatives to achieve business critical improvements. Examples of engagements may include end to end process improvement, strategic planning, implementation of step plans with the largest banks and insurance organisations worldwide. Crucially, you will be a trusted advisor who has a genuine understanding of your industry and can help realise significant business benefits to the client.
Who we're looking for
You will be a degree calibre individual with experience gained from management consulting and/or industry (business analysis, project/change management, strategy implementation).
• strong analysis and implementation skills
• proven success of delivering work streams and small projects
• able to operate and influence at a senior level
• broad financial services knowledge gained from a blue-chip corporate environment, with a desire to specialise further
You will be a proactive individual who enjoys networking and progressing their career, in return you will be given support to achieve your personal goals.
