Your main responsibilities will include:

Inspiring and empowering your team
Instilling exceptional customer service as the norm
Driving your business forwards and exceeding targets
Handling shifts, rotas and budgets
Resolving any complaints or issues with the least possible fuss
Complying to the brand's high standards

Who we're looking for
Your skills and qualifications will include:

Strong hospitality, retail or leisure industry knowledge, including management or supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
Natural motivating and leadership abilities
The experience to build a strong rapport with guests
First-class IT and organisational skills

What's on offer
Basic salary of £25000-£35000 plus excellent bonus opportunity and package.
