As part of the management team within your branch you will be responsible for driving sales & service standards through your colleagues. An excellent motivator and leader, you'll have a track record of delivering sales, both personally and through a team. You'll need to be the sort of person who rises to demanding targets rather than shrinking away from them.

Who we're looking for
• A track record of delivering sales from within the banking, financial services industry or sales management experience in other industries.
• An excellent motivator and leader of colleagues.
• To be sales driven and motivated to meet and exceed demanding targets.
• A hands-on management style that will inspire and motivate your team and add value to individual performances.
