As an Assistant Concept Manager within Central London You will be responsible for:
• Senior overview in controlling and operating your own Department
• The Daily operation of the outlet and other establishments that prepare and serve meals and beverages to customers
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment and supplies
• Routine Maintenance and general up keep of the restaurant's equipment and facilities
• Administration and human resource functions of running the business including; recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
• Managers also ensure guest are served properly and in a timely manner. They will have the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints and monitor staff on a daily basis
• Assisting the General manager in all operations of the Business
• Understand the concept of working in a very high profile enviroment
