1. Management of the Compensation Benefits and Services team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of objectives and project deliverables to HR and business. Liaise directly with senior management within the company on compensation issues and projects, providing recommendation for adoption.
2. Develop a strong relationship with the Compensation team in Paris to facilitate introduction of Global projects and joint working practices.
3. Facilitate the management of the various company Pension schemes, attending Trustee meetings and ensuring the Bank's Pensions Committee is well advised on current and new developments. Monitor the delivery of the Banks advisers and suppliers for quality of service.
4. Support the Bank's delivery of compensation issues, in particular the annual salary and bonus review and delivery of the benchmarking information from external suppliers. Undertake research and analysis of specific projects both internally and externally developing a core network of contacts.
5. Manage the Tax and Operations unit, ensuring all tax and accounting requirements are met and both the local and expatriate payroll operations run smoothly.
6. Work with the Finance department in delivering the HR element of the annual Budget process and in reconciling accruals and payments for people related costs.
7. Support the delivery of non-cash benefits within the business, identifying strategy, appropriate elements and suppliers and ensuring quality of delivery. Manage the contract renewal with external suppliers.
8. Manage and direct the Data Management Unit, identifying the core processes, and ensuring accuracy of data. Improve the delivery of data analysis by identifying key data trends and effective presentation
9. Lead, facilitate and support specific HR projects, e.g. harmonisation of overtime. Ensure policies and processes affected by changes are updated and maintained.

Responsible for a team of managers and specialists covering payroll, tax, accounting, pensions, compensation, benefits and data administration.

Specialist Training Required
