This role has been created due to an increase in workload for the current manager, due to the grow of the business in the United Kingdom. The QHSE Advisor is required to support the QHSE Manager with the overall running of the QHSE Department, ensuring operations are carried out in a safe manner.
• Supporting the QHSE Manager in maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 approvals
• Correlating and reporting to UK National Government Departments data concerning the companies accident figures
• Reporting to local and National bodies the environmental impact data as required by legislation
• Conducting internal & external audits on systems and suppliers ensuring that all operations remain within the specified limits and standards. Plus the writing and maintenance of the emergency response procedures and the organisation, running, observation and reporting of training exercises
• Monitoring the training program and introducing new training courses to ensure that Hallin Marine a qualified to undertake their designated work scope
• Induction of new starts to the company culture on Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within this specific sector and be current with QHSE regulations.
