Dairy Crest are looking to identify a new Regional HR Manager who can drive HR performance forward at three of their key manufacturing sites.

Working for Dairy Crest's liquids division your primary responsibility will be to lead the Stonehouse (Gloucestershire) HR team and drive the people agenda forward as part of the senior management team. You will also be required to take responsibility for two additional regional sites. (c1000 employees across all three sites)

As a business focused HR professional you will have a strong track record in establishing and implementing HR policies which can deliver real bottom line value, and provide senior stakeholders across the business with the HR tools they require to manage day to day people issues as they arise.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working in partnership with Site Managers your role will involve;

• Coaching and development of line and area managers
• Taking a site lead on major HR initiatives and strategies
• Leading on site related HR projects and wider HR strategies impacting on other sites
• Managing all union relationships at all three sites
• Ensuring that site policies and procedures are consistent with all corporate policies
• Leading on local pay negotiations
• Leading and developing two HR advisors
• Developing and coordinating recruitment and retention strategies across the three sites.

Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified
• Experience of working within a manufacturing / engineering environment is essential
• Strong communication skills and a strong record of influencing stakeholders at all levels
• A delivery focused approach geared towards delivering practical workable HR solutions

What's on offer
£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + 15% bonus + BUPA cover and 25 days holiday
