Reporting in to the Training and Development Manager you will be responsible for developing a learning organisation that is committed to the continuous process of training and developing its people.
Your key responsibilities will be to:-
• Develop and agree a Training plan in line with the overall training strategy.
• Promote and effectively communicate training calendars to include a strong focus on customer service, sales and management development.
• Design new training material and support materials in line with their training plan.
• Deliver effective Company induction for all new starters and ensure a robust departmental induction plan is in place.
• Ensure that the training and development plan is reviewed periodically.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with agood training skill set which needs to include experience of inductions, sales and customer service training. Excellent communication skills are essential. You must be prepared to travel.
