As Retail fit out Project Manager, you will be able to run an entire project from inception through to completion including all pre contract work. Each Project Manager is responsible to an Account Director who typically will look after 2-3 major key accounts. The projects you will be responsible for will be approximately £4- 12m in value with the majority being all new build projects and only a few refurb projects (which will consist of large extensions/ mezzanine floors etc...). Flexibility is a key as the projects will be based in and around the East and West Midlands, and the South West region. This role will be mainly site based, however you will be required to be office based in Bristol a min of 1 day per week. You will also be fully accountable for all Site Manager's and site staff including all HSE policies and procedures.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Retail fit out Project Manager, will have previous experience of managing new build projects above the value of £5m. A background in the Retail sector is not essential but will be beneficial. As Project Manager you will need to be a driven, self motivated individual who demonstrates a team work ethic and have strong interpersonal and managerial skills. As Project Manager it is essential for you to have a CSCS card and the relevant project management training.
