This exciting role will give you the opportunity to deliver the Technical Services Agreement on behalf of the operator and advising the Owner on Consultant appointments, likely necessary budgets and project durations.
You will act as the Brand Ambassador for the client and be an integral part of conducting meetings with the owner and their design team.
You will based in London or happy to commute into London on a daily basis and as part of your commitments you can expect to conduct property inspections and preparing Property Improvement Plans (for pre-purchase/re-flagging projects) on behalf of the client.
Who we're looking for
Proven exposure of hotel design, preferably for mainstream international brands or working either for a leading architectural or interior design firm, a hotel operator or a reputable project management company.
Hands on exposure of opening hotels if possible and ideally an Architect to degree qualification is strongly desired
Member of RIBA or AIA is desired too.
