As Sales Manager you will be responsible for serving all customers in the UK/Ireland region as well as the development of new customers in the Silicone Elastomers applications markets including , electronics, appliances, transportation, machinery and general compounders..You will be expected identify and analyse and assess market potentials.You will determine and lead sales and marketing policies, strategies and annual budgets for your area working closely with your team.As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the introduction of new products in your area. You will be operating in a matrix organisational structure working with cross boarder distributors,customers and colleagues.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record in sales and come from a chemical or business background. Prior knowledge of the chemical, raw materials supply industry the ideal candidate with have knowledge in the rubber and/or plastic processing industries. You will be able to communicate at all levels and have a record of developing long standing relationships.
