AsSenior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to manage a team of QS's for each major account. You will be directly reporting into the Account Director who will typically look after 2-3 major key accounts. You will be required to lead, manage and support pre and post contract commercial activities on more than one project at a time.Most of the projects will be of a new build nature, with the odd few being refurbishments and large extensions. The values of the projects will range from £4-12m in value.

Who we're looking for
The idealSenior Quantity Surveyor will be flexible in terms of location and be willing to work in the East/ West Midlands and South West area. You will be able to demonstrate the following;
• A strong Commercial awareness of the current market
• Train and develop commercial site teams
• Preparation of financial reports
• Procurement of sub contract packages
• exceptional organisational and time management skills
