Management Accountant

As part of a team you will deliver accurate and highly analytical management accounting information to key decision makers in the organisation.

This will involve working with senior operational and fundraising managers and their teams to compile budgets monitor and report on financial performance and help them understand complex financial issues. You will provide support and guidance on the preparation of bids.

At each stage, from presenting monthly reports to investigating variances, you will ensure best practice is followed and work to develop productive interdepartmental relationships.

Who we're looking for
• Must be actively working towards an accounting qualification with a recognised professional body
• Experience of preparing management accounts
• Experience of preparing budgets and product costings
• Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
• The ability to persuade and influence
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
