Operations Manager

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, with 6 direct line reports you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the distribution centre. You will ensure product flow is efficient, focusing on Loss Prevention, whilst maintaining best practise in all standard policies and procedures. It is essential to ensure all controllable costs and KPI's are managed to achieve maximum cost effectiveness.

Who we're looking for
You will have previous experience in Retail from an operations and work flow processing background. You will have proven experience running your own P&L Centre, strong man management and a history of process improvement.
