Reporting to the HR Manager, as Training Officer you will be responsible for delivering training to the buying and merchandising team in the west London based head office. Key responsibilities will include:
*taking ownership for the induction programme
*maintaining the training calendar
*facilitating Development Centres
*updating and developing training materials

Who we're looking for
The successful Training officer will possess the following:
*previous experience training in a head office or retail environment
*strong communication skills
*the ability to engage with a broad range of employees.
