A broad generalist role requiring strong leadership skills and a confident communication style. At the forefront of the HR agenda are employee engagement and industrial relations, linked to employee branding and performance management. The role will initially involve getting quite operational to understand the business at all levels, before defining a strategic plan.

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have held at least one senior management role in HR, and have experience working in high volume fast-paced environments.
