Group Financial Controller

• Management of the preparation of consolidated accounts in accordance with the Group timetables, policies and standards
• Regular analysis of trends and to advise/challenge senior financial and operational management
• Leadership and development of the Group accounts team to provide financial strength across the group
• Driving and challenging change and performance across the business
• Identification and resolution of problems and opportunities
• Contributing to the strategic planning process identifying the financial implications of agreed strategies ensuring the integrity of the Group's results
Who we're looking for
Suitable candidates will graduate calibre qualified accountants with a strong technical background gained in an International environment. Experience of applying financial rigour with a high attention to detail is important as is the ability to proactively identify and isolate key issues in need of remedial action. Capable of leading a team in a highly pressured environment, you will display the energy and enthusiasm to progress in this rapidly growing organization.
