Temp ⁄ The role will be for an initialperiod of 3months on an hourly rate of £13.

The role involves supporting local residents to gain employment, assessing training needs as well as sourcing potential employment leads. The role will involve attending meetings, presentations and writing reports on training development. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess training needs and when required develop individual training plans. Working alongside the project manager and liaising with local training providers to ensure participants progress is monitored.

Who we're looking for
Experience in recruitment needed. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to support and motivate a diverse range of people. Previous experience in the public sector desirable.
